If You Need Service
Aurant greatly appreciates the support of our clients. We've taken the time to select some of the most reliable high performance products in the world for you, and your equipment is made to bring you many years of pleasure. We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.
Should you need service on a weekday, please call our service number, 801-746-6169 and ask for our service manager. She will schedule time for a technician to come help you.
If you have a weekend emergency, please call our main number, 801-461-0101 and press 0 for Service. An on-call technician will be paged and should return your call shortly on Saturday from 8AM to 6PM and Sunday 9AM to 4PM.
Aurant warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of equipment delivery. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Aurant is also not covered by warranty

- $115 per hour

- $165 per hour including travel from Aurant warehouse
Programming Service Rates - Weekdays
- $150 per hour. (Crestron/Savant)
- $125 per hour. (Control4)
Programming Service Rates – Weekends, Holidays, Afterhours
- $225 up to the first hour including travel from Aurant warehouse
Service - Travel
- 50% of rate outside of the Park City/Salt Lake City metro area
Calibration
- ISF, Audyssey, Sencore - $750
