Aurant maintains a separate Service Department with three service managers, a pre-wire specialist and a dedicated control programmer. This group is especially efficient at trouble shooting smaller systems and installing single room solutions. Many of the systems that are sold from our showroom are installed by this group. Should you ever have a problem on the weekend, this is the group that will show up. Most importantly to our customers, these are professionals who have learned their trade on some of the largest and most sophisticated residential media and control projects that have ever been done but chose to focus their careers on projects that can be appreciated without delay.
For larger projects Aurant's project managers are among the most qualified and experienced in the country, with an average of more than 10 years of working in the field first as installers. Each project manager oversees a team of qualified technicians, programmers and installers. Lead by a supervisor, the teams are key in ensuring the work is done right and communicating any unforeseen problems. The project manager is the problem solver and the communicator with other contractors on the job. Their primary responsibility is ensuring quality, schedule and budget. Further, the project managers have senior managers within Aurant to guide them and aid in complex situations.
Aurant is one of the first custom integrators to deploy an enterprise application of Microsoft Project for scheduling. For those of you who care to know, we run our accounting, CRM and scheduling all off the same MS Sequel database. Simply stated, this means we use the most professional tools available to manage your project.
